Agents and partners
Travel agencies and partners who send us their customers have their own portal: the claims they referred, their status and the commission each one earns.
Becoming an agent
Agents are created by the MyFlightDue team. You receive an invitation email with a link to set your password, then sign in at the agent portal. The commission rate is agreed with the team and shown on every claim.
Filing a claim for a customer
New claimin the portal opens the same form as the public site, with the claim linked to you from the start. Enter the customer's own contact details: the confirmation, the tracking link and the signature requests go to the customer, who signs the authorization. A claim the customer files alone can also be linked to you by the team afterwards.

Following your claims
Claims lists every claim you referred with its status. Open one for the same view as the customer: progress, flight summary, documents and timeline. The message box and the upload on that page go to the team, not to the customer: use them for a document the customer handed you or a question about the file.
Commissions
A commission appears as soon as a referred claim looks eligible and moves with the claim.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Estimated | The claim looks eligible. The amount is computed on the expected compensation and may still change. |
| Earned | The airline paid. The commission is final, in the currency of the compensation. |
| Ready for payment | Included in the next payout to you. |
| Paid | Transferred. The date and the reference are shown on the line. |
- One currency per line · a commission is in the currency the airline paid in. Totals are shown per currency, never added across currencies.
- Lost or withdrawn claims · the estimated commission disappears; nothing is owed.
