Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Claim It Rite when we handle your flight compensation claim.

Last updated 22 October 2026

1. Our service

Claim It Rite Ltd assesses your eligibility for compensation after a flight delay, cancellation, denied boarding or missed connection, prepares and submits the claim to the airline, follows it up, and where needed escalates it to the competent body. We act as your representative on the basis of the authorization you sign.

2. No win, no fee

You pay nothing upfront and nothing if no compensation is recovered. If compensation is recovered, we keep a success fee of 25% of the amount received, in the currency received, unless a different rate is shown on your claim before you sign. The fee is the rate agreed when your claim is created; later changes to our standard rate do not affect it.

Where the airline pays you directly, you agree to inform us and to pay the fee within 14 days.

3. Your commitments

  • The information and documents you give us are accurate and complete.
  • You have not already received compensation for the same flight, and you will not pursue the claim yourself or through someone else while we handle it.
  • Every passenger included in the claim signs their own authorization. We cannot submit a claim for a passenger who has not signed.
  • You answer our requests for information or documents within a reasonable time.

4. Payment

When the airline pays, we transfer your share, after deduction of our fee, to the bank account you give us, normally within 14 days of receiving cleared funds. Partial payments are passed on in the same way. If the airline pays in a currency other than the one of your claim, we pass on the amount received.

5. Ending the agreement

You can withdraw at any time by writing to us. If you withdraw after the claim has been submitted to the airline and compensation is later paid for that claim, our fee remains due. We may end the agreement if the claim turns out to be ineligible, if the information given was inaccurate, or if we cannot reach you; we will tell you why.

6. No guarantee

Our assessment is an opinion based on the information available and the applicable rules. It is not a guarantee of payment: the airline or a court may decide differently. We never promise a success rate.

7. Liability

We handle your claim with reasonable care and skill. Our liability to you is limited to the amount of the fee we received on your claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

8. Data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Before any court action, we ask you to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.
