What happened?

Free check, no commitment. You continue on the claim form with these details already filled in.

How much

Fixed by law, not by the airline.

Compensation depends on the distance of the flight, whatever you paid for the ticket. Each passenger on the booking is owed the same amount, children included.

Flights to or from Canada follow the Air Passenger Protection Regulations, with amounts set in Canadian dollars.

Claim in 3 steps

Fill the form, or let the assistant fill it from what you tell it. Either way, we take it from there.

01

Submit your details

Enter your flight and upload your booking, or just tell the assistant what happened and it fills the claim for you. Under 5 minutes.

02

We handle the rest

Our team reviews your eligibility, prepares the legal claim, and negotiates directly with the airline.

03

You get paid

Once the airline settles, we deduct our 25% fee and transfer the rest directly to your account.

What it costs

Nothing upfront. 25% when you are paid.

We take the claim, write to the airline, chase it and escalate when it refuses. If nothing is recovered, you owe nothing. Our fee is deducted only from money that actually reaches you.

  • No fee to check, submit or follow up
  • No fee if the airline never pays
  • The rate agreed when you submit never changes afterwards

Example: a long-haul delay, one passenger

Compensation recovered from the airline

Two passengers on the same booking: twice the compensation, same rate. Amounts are always paid in the currency of the regulation.

What qualifies

What we claim, and what we cannot.

The flight must depart from the EU, the UK or Canada, or arrive there on an airline from those places.

We claim for

  • Delay of 3 hours or more

Measured at the final destination, connections included.

  • Cancellation

Announced less than 14 days before departure.

  • Denied boarding

Overbooking or any involuntary bump, whatever the reason given.

  • Missed connection

Both flights on one booking, and the first leg caused the miss.

  • Downgrade

Moved to a lower cabin than the one you paid for.

Usually not eligible

  • Extraordinary circumstances

Severe weather, strikes outside the airline, air traffic restrictions. We check flight logs before telling you it applies.

  • Flights outside EU, UK and Canada rules

A flight between two countries with no applicable regulation.

  • Cancellations announced 14 days ahead

The airline then owes a refund or rerouting, not compensation.

Airlines say “extraordinary circumstances” more often than it is true. A routine technical fault is not one. Unsure? Ask the assistant, it tells you where you stand before you file.

Common questions

Most claims are resolved within 6 to 12 weeks. Simple delay cases can be settled in as little as 4 weeks, while complex cases involving legal proceedings may take longer. We keep you informed at every step through your personal tracking dashboard.

Yes. Under EU261/2004, you can claim for disruptions that occurred up to 6 years ago (3 years in some jurisdictions). If your flight was delayed, cancelled, or you were denied boarding within this period, you may still be entitled to compensation.

You can claim for flight delays of 3 hours or more, flight cancellations with less than 14 days notice, denied boarding due to overbooking, and missed connections caused by a delayed first leg. The flight must depart from or arrive at an EU/UK airport, or be operated by an EU/UK airline.

No. We work on a no-win, no-fee basis. You only pay our 25% success fee if we successfully recover compensation for you. If we don't win, you pay nothing at all — no hidden charges, no risk to you.
